  3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
    SixBar6 provides an exclusive platform for marketing and facilitating the sale of showjumping horses. Our services include:
    • Connecting sellers with verified buyers in North America
    • Marketing and promoting horses through private listings
    • Managing negotiations and contracts
    • Providing logistical support, including transportation through EASYRiderHorse Transport Service (Germany / Poland)
  4. USER OBLIGATIONS
    • Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
    • Buyers and sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Unauthorized sharing of confidential horse details, including those covered by an NDA, is strictly prohibited.
    • Sellers must ensure that horses listed meet the required health and training standards.
    • SixBar6 only accepts listings directly from horse owners. Middlemen, agents, or brokers are not permitted to list horses on our platform.
    • Sellers must provide proof of ownership if requested.
  5. SALES PROCESS & CONTRACTS
    • Contracts between buyers and sellers will be facilitated by SixBar6.com
    • Contracts must be downloaded and signed electronically or via email.
    • Pricing must be realistic, considering market conditions, commission, and export/import costs.
    • Sellers agree to work exclusively with SixBar6 for marketing their horse(s) in North America as outlined in the Exclusive Marketing Agreement.

    • Sellers must confirm that they are the legal owner of the horse and have full authority to enter into a sales agreement.
  6. COMMISSION & FEES
    • SixBar6 charges a commission on successful sales, agreed upon in advance with the seller.
    • Additional service fees may apply for marketing, vet checks, or logistics.
    • Commission details and obligations will be specified in a separate Exclusive Marketing Agreement signed by the seller.
    • n cases where a sale occurs outside SixBar6’s process but within the contract’s exclusivity period, the seller remains liable to pay the agreed commission.
    • Buyers are subject to brokerage fees, which cover administrative costs, NDA processing, and commission agreements.
    • The NDA & Commission Agreement must be signed by buyers before receiving detailed horse information.
  7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
    • SixBar6 acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
    • We do not guarantee the performance, health, or suitability of any horse.
    • Buyers are responsible for conducting independent veterinary checks before finalizing a purchase.
    • SixBar6 reserves the right to remove listings or deny service to users who violate these terms.
  8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
    • We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (Europe) and U.S. privacy laws.
    • Personal data is only used for transactional and marketing purposes, as agreed by the user.
    • Users may request data access, correction, or deletion in compliance with applicable regulations.
  9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    • Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
    • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the state of Alaska, USA, unless otherwise required by local laws in the state of Michigan, Germany, or Poland.
    • SixBar6 is not liable for legal conflicts arising from buyer-seller agreements outside our direct facilitation.
  10. CHANGES TO TERMS
    • ixBar6 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    • Users will be notified of significant changes.
    • Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
