SixBar6 JumpStart Affiliate Program
Effective Date: 20th of January 2025

1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
  • SixBar6 reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Roles & Commission Structure

  • Tip-Givers: Receive 2% commission when providing a lead that results in a completed sale.
  • Commission applies only to direct sales facilitated through SixBar6.
  • The final sale price refers to the price of the horse only and does not include additional costs such as logistics, veterinary fees, quarantine, insurance, or other related expenses.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
  • Any disputes regarding commissions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Provide honest and accurate information about SixBar6 horses.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding business dealings and sensitive client information.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information obtained during their participation in the Program strictly private and not disclose it to any third party.
  • Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, buyer and seller details, pricing structures, and internal business strategies.
  • Any breach of this NDA clause will result in immediate termination from the Program and potential legal action.

7. Restrictions

  • Affiliates may not misrepresent SixBar6 or make false claims.
  • Self-referrals for commission are not allowed.
  • Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the Program.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • SixBar6 is not liable for any disputes between Affiliates and buyers.
  • SixBar6 makes no guarantees regarding the frequency or volume of commissions.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on their earnings.

9. Termination

  • SixBar6 reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of these Terms.
  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation by providing written notice.
